Meet Mark A. Wolff
Founder & Principal Attorney
Biography
Mark A. Wolff is the Founder of Wolff Legal, and he serves as the firm’s Principal Attorney. As an asset protection attorney focusing on real estate, business, contracts, and estate planning, it is Mark’s goal to shield his clients' interests.
Before law school, Mark attended Robert Morris University in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Professional Studies in 2014 and an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in 2012. His concentrations were on both business/law office administration and paralegal studies. During that time, Mark was also a Legal Assistant at Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing, where he worked directly with tenants to assist them with preserving their housing. He was regularly involved in clients’ matters each step of the way. For example, he would conduct initial consultations with clients, review their matters for legal strengths and weaknesses, inform them of whether an attorney could provide legal representation, prepare documents to be used in their legal representation, and more. Working there gave Mark a clearer understanding of the legal profession and further compelled him to pursue a law degree.
Mark earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school, he concentrated on developing his abilities as a legal advocate by heavily focusing on procedure and formalities along with research and writing. He also concentrated on how to effectively operate a practice of law by focusing on client satisfaction and practice management in general. This was done in part by clerking exclusively for practitioners who operated their own legal practices.
Something that is notable about Mark and that distinguishes him from others is his immense work ethic. When it comes to accomplishment, Mark is naturally dedicated and determined to succeed. He effectively solves problems by being both precise and thorough. To avoid being caught off-guard, he constantly prepares for and considers different outcomes. This also causes him to overcome obstacles if they materialize. To hi time is an essential asset. When he invests it, he works hard to ensure that he receives satisfactory results. He is a professional of dignity who has high standards, and he displays that when representing his clients.
Mark reads, writes, and fluently speaks Spanish. Some of his interests are music, traveling, nature, the galaxy, arts festivals, and soccer. One of his favorite quotes is: “You can always make more money, but you cannot always make more time.”
